This landing page has a single signposting HTTP headers:

• describedby to metadata.ttl (application/n-quads, type attribute declared wrongly)

This is a negative test for FAIR principle RDA-F2-01M (Rich metadata is provided to allow discovery). Test 2: Check the encoding of the signposting link vs the document.

This test is negative, because although the link claims the metadata is application/n-quads, and it could (in this case) be parsed in that format, yet it's retrieved Content-Type: text/turtle is inconsistent with the signposting, and a client would be uncertain how to parse it.

This Turtle file has a single statement using the namespace http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/.
